The Dream
Two brothers, Kevin and Brian, drew up the business plan. Brian recruited his son, Trevor, to work for them. In August, the three of them drove down to Georgia to learn first hand from professionals

Owner/ Operator/ A Little Of EverythingTrevor is the primary person you will work with on your curbing project. He is the both the owner and a worker. When FWDC shows up to do your work, it will be Trevor that you see and talk to. He does every quote himself. He works alongside a couple of employees on every job site. He has a hand in everything from the initial sod cut to the finishing touches. By the end of every job, Trevor is covered in dirt, sweat, and color powder. He wouldn't have it any other way. Trevor is an East Noble Graduate and past student at IVY Tech (Automotive) and Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne (Business Management).

Rachel Damerell
Co-Owner/ Administrative Assistant/ OperatorRachel is Trevor's wife and the handler of all things scheduling and planning. Most of the time when you call or text FWDC it is Rachel that you will be talking to. She will schedule your free quote with Trevor. She will collect all of the work plans and customization choices. Then she will schedule the work date. She has a home office so you may occasionally hear a 3 year old squealing in the background. She will occasionally work on job sites or stop by to take photos. Rachel is an East Noble graduate and previous student at Impact Institute- Cosmetology, and Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne.
